Through Ozria PM he consults independently to private equity firms and their portfolio companies on AI and transformation programmes - what is worth adopting, what it is actually worth, and what has to change in the business before any of it pays back.
He founded Misia AI in 2025 and is its chief executive. One idea runs through all his work: what limits the value of AI is almost never the technology. It is whether the business is organised enough to adopt it.
At Ozria Consulting he shapes the offer rather than the ledger: which services exist, how they run, and where automation can take work out of a finance function. He keeps the judgement in, because the part that looks repetitive is often the part that catches the mistakes.
