Who we are
This website is operated by Ozria Consulting Ltd, registered in England, company number 14490982, at 31 Westcliffe House, 37 Sea Road, Westgate-on-Sea, England, CT8 8FJ.
You can reach us at sales@ozriaconsulting.com.
What these terms cover
These are website terms. They govern your use of this site and nothing else.
If you engage us to do work, that work is governed by a separate engagement letter setting out scope, fees, responsibilities and liability for that engagement. Where the two differ, the engagement letter wins. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship on its own.
Nothing here is advice
The content on this site is general information about what we do. It is not accounting, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not written with your circumstances in mind because we do not know them.
Do not act on anything here without advice specific to your situation. If you would like that advice, ask us.
Prices on this site
The fees shown are starting points for each band, not quotes. What you actually pay depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, invoice volume, business complexity and the scope you need.
The three levels are a guide to price. They are not a fixed menu and they do not build on one another - the scope of an engagement is agreed with you after a discovery call, so two clients in the same band may hold very different arrangements.
Retainers run on a minimum term of three months and continue month to month after that, ending on one month’s notice. The terms that apply to you are set out in your engagement letter, which is what binds - not this page.
A price becomes binding only when we give it to you in writing for your business, after a discovery call. Figures on this site exclude VAT and may change without notice.
Case studies and results
The engagements described on this site are real, and the figures in them are what happened for those clients. They are examples, not forecasts.
What we achieved for one business is not a prediction of what we will achieve for another, and nothing in a case study should be read as a promise of a particular outcome. Client names appear only where that client has agreed to be named; the rest are described without identifying them.
The readiness assessment
The assessment gives an indicative score and suggests a level of support based on seven questions. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis of your finance function and not a recommendation you should act on by itself.
It cannot see your accounts. Treat its output accordingly.

Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Availability
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here, including lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss.
Liability for work we are engaged to do is dealt with in the engagement letter for that work, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
