Through Ozria PM he consults independently to private equity firms and their portfolio companies on AI and transformation programmes - what is worth adopting, what it is actually worth, and what has to change in the business before any of it pays back.
He founded Misia.ai in 2025 and is its chief executive, on the thesis that runs through all of his work: the constraint on getting value out of AI is almost never the technology, it is whether an organisation is organised enough to adopt it.
At Ozria Consulting that shows up in the shape of the offer rather than in the ledger: which services exist, how they are run, and where automation can take work out of a finance function without taking the judgement out of it - because the part that looks repetitive is often the part that catches things.
